CNC Machining Services
Heartland Enterprises is filled with an extensive array of late model, top of the line, large diameter CNC equipment (primarily Okuma) which we keep well maintained. Our CNC equipment includes
- 13 two axis, horizontal CNC lathes
- 2 four axis horizontal CNC lathes
- 2 vertical CNC lathes
- 2 vertical CNC machining centers
- 1 horizontal CNC machining center
- 1 CNC od grinder plus several manual grinders
Our machining range is as small as 1" in diameter up to 42" in diameter with lengths up to 70". The most common materials we cut include inconel, titanium, cast iron, stainless steel and aluminum.
Our quality department, ISO processes, and a very large investment in quality instruments, including two CMM's, insures delivery of quality production.
Employment of lean philosophies and continuous improvement efforts insures cost competitive pricing.
We operate two shifts which allows us to respond rapidly to customer requests as necessary.
