Horizontal CNC Milling
Heartland’s Okuma MA-600 four axis horizontal machining center can machine parts within a 39.37" x 35.43" x 39.37" envelope. Two 24.8" x 24.8" pallets allow loading and unloading of parts on one pallet while machining parts on a second pallet. Renshaw auto gauging, tool breakage detection, high pressure coolant and a tool management program allows for maximum productivity. The MA-600 is particularly efficient at machining of larger pistons.
