Heartland is primarily serving the aerospace and gas & oil markets, but has capabilities that transcend a large array of markets.

Large diameter CNC machining in the aerospace markets has given us capabilities and expertise to efficiently machine a range of difficult aerospace materials including Inconel, titanium, and waspaloy in sizes up to 44" in diameter and 72" length. These have included shafts, turbine disks and impellers.

Our oil & gas experience has involved cnc machining a wide range of larger engine and compressor parts, including piston rods, pistons, cylinder liners, valve holders, ring carriers, sheaves, and flanges. We also have experience machining oil tools and metering parts. These parts require a variety of machining processes including turning, milling, grinding, honing, phosphating, plating, nitriding, hardening, and inspection services.
