Vertical CNC Milling
Heartland's Mori Seiki MV-65B and Okuma Crown 4018 vertical machining centers provide 4 axis vertical machining with the use of rotary tables. Spindle rpms range from 4,000 to 8,000. Machining envelopes are 60" x 25.6" x 25.6" for the Morki Seiki and 40" x 18.1" x 17.7" for the Okuma. All Heartland's machining centers are operated in a cell for maximum productivity. A wide range of fixturing is utilized to accommodate the array of parts that are processed in the machining centers. Off line programming, along with input for our integrated business software system, is handled at a computer module within the cell.
