Vertical CNC Turning
Heartland has two Okuma V100 vertical turning lathes with hydraulic chucks that we have set up in a cell for maximum productivity. The maximum rated turning diameter is 40" but we have machined parts up to 44" in diameter. The maximum turning height is 35". The ability to machine at 13 to 630 rpms gives us the ability to machine a wide diameter range in parts.
